Our Story

Born from a simple frustration

angsahausa began with a conversation between two friends — one a property professional, the other a newly arrived expatriate from Kuala Lumpur who had just endured three rushed viewings in a single Saturday afternoon and signed a lease she later regretted.

That experience made it clear: the Singapore rental market needed an approach rooted in care rather than volume. angsahausa was founded in 2017 to serve discerning renters who want someone truly in their corner — someone who listens, advises, and acts with integrity.

We take our name from the Malay word for swan — a creature that moves with grace above the waterline while working steadily beneath. It captures precisely how we work: quietly absorbing the complexity so that your rental experience feels serene.
